Terms of sale

1. Who sells

Sales on this website are made by the owner of Veta & Lux, identified in the Legal notice. You can contact us at info@vetandlux.com.

2. The pieces

We sell handmade wooden lamps. Every piece is unique: the photos and measurements describe the specific piece you buy, but wood is a natural material and small differences in grain and tone may be visible.

3. Prices and shipping costs

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are added in the cart before payment: mainland Spain, free; Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, €25; France, Italy, Germany and Portugal, €65. For other destinations, write to us before ordering.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may involve local customs procedures and taxes.

4. How to buy

Add the piece to the cart, enter your shipping details, accept these terms and choose a payment method. The purchase is confirmed when we receive payment; we will email you an order summary.

5. Payment methods

Credit or debit card, through Stripe's secure payment gateway.

Bank transfer: the piece is reserved for 48 hours. If we do not receive payment within that time, the reservation is cancelled and the piece becomes available again.

6. Availability

As every piece is unique, it can only be sold once. If, due to a technical error, a piece were sold twice, we will let you know and refund your order in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

We prepare every piece with custom packaging and ship it with tracking and signature on delivery. Estimated times: mainland Spain, 24/48 business hours; France, Italy, Germany and Portugal, 3 to 5 business days; Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, confirmed when we prepare your shipment.

If the parcel arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible with photos: transport incidents are covered by the workshop.

8. Right of withdrawal (returns)

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the piece to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To do so, write to info@vetandlux.com with your order number.

You must return the piece in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

We will refund the price of the piece and the original shipping costs within 14 days of being told of your decision, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the piece before making the refund.

9. Custom orders

Pieces made to your specifications cannot be withdrawn from, because they are made specifically for you. Transport incidents are still covered.

10. Warranty

All pieces carry the legal guarantee of conformity established by consumer law. Grain, knots and tone variations inherent to wood are not considered defects.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
