Veta & Lux Commitment

Shipping and returns

01. 01. The Art of Packaging

Each lamp in our collection is an unrepeatable wood and light sculpture. Therefore, the packaging process is done by hand in our own workshop, using custom-made high-resistance boxes and sustainable internal protections that ensure the piece travels suspended and totally isolated from impacts.

02. 02. High-Custody Transport

We work exclusively with premium transport agencies with real-time tracking service and signature delivery. We want the experience to be impeccable from the moment the piece leaves the workshop until it illuminates your home.

03. 03. Reflection Period and Returns

We understand that art and design need to be experienced in their final space. If, once placed in your room, you feel the piece does not dialogue perfectly with the surroundings, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return.

The piece must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once received and inspected at the workshop, we will refund the price of the piece and the original shipping costs using the same payment method.

To request a return, write to info@vetandlux.com with your order number.

Note on Custom Projects

Lamps created under custom order, adapting specific dimensions or woods selected expressly for a project, do not admit standard returns as they are exclusive works co-created for the client. Naturally, any transport incident is immediately covered by the workshop.
