1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on this website is the owner of Veta & Lux, identified in the Legal notice. For any privacy question you can write to info@vetandlux.com.

2. What data we process

Purchase data: the name, email and shipping address you enter in the cart.

Payment data: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Contact data: whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit. More details in the Cookie policy.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

Managing your order, payment, shipping and returns: necessary to perform the purchase contract.

Answering your questions and preparing quotes for custom orders: at your request, before a possible contract.

Meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.

Measuring website use with Google Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as needed to manage the order and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Enquiries that do not end in a purchase are deleted when no longer needed.

5. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), the carrier that delivers your order, Hostinger (website hosting), Google (email and, if you accept it, Google Analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp), if you write to us that way.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by writing to info@vetandlux.com.

If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process your data, we will update this page and show the date of the last review.
